Barnett Property Management began as a property management company for Florida snowbirds - we keep an experienced “eye” on people’s Florida vacation home. Our people have 2,500 homes in their care.

Our underlying goal is to ensure each property is maintained in top condition – meaning we know these homes are not only major investments by our clients, but are also providing a vacation home or income producing property. This division has always been led by and has employed licensed general contractors, that are full-time professionals that handle most problems with our own people and equipment in a timely manner. Our people are prepared for the worst and excel when it matters most.
Our regular inspections cover all aspects of your home’s interior and exterior during the year while our emergency action response plans kick in during hurricane and tropical storm season. Most problems that occur in homes can be quickly remedied before major damage occurs when under our watch. We recognize that our houses under management are a significant asset to our clients and as such treat each as if our own.
Our employees have passed extensive background investigations and are drug tested. We take pride in the caliber of our people and the way they represent our entire company.
