Barnett property development
Launched in 2010, the founders of Barnett Property Management, with the backing of our partners, investors and employee owners, sought to raise capital and target investment opportunities in depressed and undervalued residential real estate markets throughout Florida, New York and Delaware.
We saw opportunities in the neighborhoods we already were doing business in and believed we could apply our industry expertise, long-standing relationships and vertically integrated resources in redeveloping and repositioning multi-unit residential buildings that were underperforming and/or undervalued.
It was our clients that asked us first to expand our markets from South Florida, then to help with funding and investing, then to be their partners. The people of Barnett Property Management were asked to lead these efforts bringing together financing, construction, leasing and management teams to reposition undervalued assets for later refinancing or sale. Our clients will tell you that their cash flows and returns achieved through joint ventures and service contracts far exceeded industry expectations.
